This policy explains how setup fees, monthly subscriptions, cancellations, and refunds work for services provided by TrueForm Creative LLC ("TrueForm," "we," "us," or "our"). It is part of our Terms of Service.
1. Our guarantee
Cancel anytime. You keep your domain and your content. No contracts. If the first month does not earn its keep, tell us and we refund it.To claim it, email us before the end of your first paid month and tell us what did not work. We refund that month's subscription fee to your original payment method.
2. Setup fees
A setup fee covers building your site, training the assistant, and configuring your phone line and integrations. Because that work is done up front, the setup fee is non-refundable once we have started building, except that if we cannot deliver what we agreed to, we refund the setup fee in full.
3. Monthly subscriptions
- Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. There is no minimum term.
- You can cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not prorate partial months, except under the guarantee above or where the law requires.
- If a payment fails, we send a reminder. The service pauses if the payment is not made within 7 days, and resumes when it is.
4. What happens when you cancel
- Your domain is transferred to you on request, at no charge, within 14 days.
- Your content and data (logo, photos, copy, transcripts, contacts, review data) are exported to you on request.
- Your hosted site and assistant go offline at the end of the billing period. A static export of your site's pages is available on request.
- Phone numbers we provisioned can be ported to you on request, subject to the carrier's process.
5. Cancellations by us
If we end a service for reasons other than your breach of the Terms, we refund any fees you have paid for the period after the service ends.
6. How to cancel or request a refund
Email trueformcreative1@gmail.com with your business name. We confirm within two business days. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through our payment processor and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days.
